香煎魚片佐娘惹醬 from Hirko

【 香煎魚片佐娘惹醬From Hirko】

非常感謝來自日本的朋友Hirko,提供這道菜餚,Hirko 將娘惹醬當作調味醬,簡單的幾個步驟就完成一道美味可口菜餚,製作的時間大約是十五分鐘


材料:
1.魚片煎熟備用
2.娘惹醬2湯匙
3.洋蔥切片少許
4.小番茄切對半少許 
5.少量的白酒 
6.少量的水 
7.少量的番茄醬
8.羅勒少許 


做法: 
1.先將魚片間熟備用
2.將材料2-8混合調和後  淋於魚片上

Just tried your mama nyonya sauce for our dinner tonight.
I first sauté sliced onions and cherry tomatoes. Then, two tablespoons of mama nyonya sauce were added together with small amounts of white wine, water, tomato ketchup and a sprig of basil. Finally, the sauce was poured on top of two pan-fried fish. 
It was very yummy and so easy to cook. It only took me 15 minutes to prepare this dish.
Next, I would like to try your mama nyonya sauce in pasta and tortilla.
